MDLIVE is a 24/7 telehealth service that connects you to licensed doctors and therapists by phone or video—often included in McDonald’s health plans.
With MDLIVE, employees can:

McCRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS LAUNCH
During the McCrispy Chicken Strips launch and built great energy around it by creating custom t-shirts, offering samples, and getting the crew fully engaged. It was a fun, high-energy week. We love bringing that excitement to every new product launch.

Sylvester Turner Day in the Park was a meaningful celebration that brought families and the community together in honor of the late, great Sylvester Turner. McDonald’s was proudly represented, and our custom shirts were a hit—especially with the family, who deeply appreciated the gesture. A day full of unity, love, and legacy.

Manager’s Rally is an event our organization looks forward to every year. It’s an energizing experience that reminds our leaders why their work matters and recharges them with purpose, pride, and passion for what they do every day.
Cactus Jack Classic
Giving is what we hold close to our hearts.
The Black McDonald’s Owners of Houston showed up at the Cactus Jack Classic with our Future Leaders Scholarship Giveaway—awarding over $4,000 and iPads to standout students from Prairie View and TSU. Celebrating HBCU excellence and investing in the next generation is what it’s all about.
Dinner at the House
Every year, we’re honored to visit the Ronald McDonald House and serve dinner to the families. It’s a special place, and we always show up with a big group, great food, and plenty of love to share.
