  • We are looking forward to the upcoming changes to FRED and My McDonalds to continue these virtual teachings.

McDelivery is a whole new way for our guests to love McDonald’s

  • Our Goal is to maximize McDelivery and reduce our Avg. restaurant time from 7.9 minutes to 7.0 minutes 

  • Hosted a McDelivery boot camp in October with Bryce & David where we implemented proper procedures and best bets.

  • Additional parking stalls added designated for MOP & Curbside 

  • Friendly messages to our guest during Covid-19

  • Walk-Up windows for delivery drivers and walk up customers

  • Added designated McDelivery person during our delivery peak 

  • Proper Signage posted for McDelivery drivers
